Amazing people in the depots, collaborative teams, great pay and benefits.

Cons

Lack of consistent outlook and sustainable strategy is causing problematic turnover which only paves the way for less consistency. Leadership appears to just be shooting from the hip and sacrificing good people for only short term resolution. Where is the long term strategy? What is the outlook?

I was recruited out of my previous company to join RT and I couldn't be happier with my decision to make the move. RT is a rapidly growing organization with incredibly talented people across the board, it's a hidden gem! We're very profitable and primed for success, with limited competitors. It feels like everyone is passionate and united around our goals and vision; the energy is contagious and it makes me love coming to work...I feel like I'm making an impact.
