my pay checks were nice because i had around 10 hours over time every check. 3 days off was nice

Cons

long days. 12 hour shifts that were all typically 13-14 because of overtime.

Managers are expected to work or be on call 24/7/365. The organization is cliquish and I experienced 2 Operational VPs, 3 Regional and 2 General Manager changes inside of 3 years. This is because the higher you go the quicker they are to burn you out. There is no consistency and no work life balance. Countless examples of misogamy amongst leadership. Women either "fall in line" or they are forced out.
