Company cares about its employees, great pay and equipment is kept updated. Managers care about the local employees well being and help in anyway possible advance their careers.

Cons

Hard work and with a growing company there can be growing pains. However the company does its best to try and anticipate these by testing new processes in different locations before rolling out to the whole company.
