Competitive starting salary is the only real benefit this company offers

Cons

This company has taken away all our bonuses in 2017-2018. You get no bonus anymore. They also give low raises 1-2%..... it’s nothing. Before this company was taking care of their employees but not any longer. Management here only works for themselves. Trucks are broken and they don’t fix to save money and get bigger bonuses for their pockets. They are cheap and greedy.

Thanks for commenting. To clarify, all of our positions have a bonus component which is dependent on meeting your personal goals and the organization meeting corporate goals. Merit increases are also based on performance. Many of our employees enjoyed substantial bonus this year thanks to their own contributions and the continuing success of the company.

I loved most of the people I worked with, they were all hard working individuals.

Cons

No work life balance, unrealistic goals placed on managers. Large turn over.

Good Sales traction but a slippery slope regarding integrity

Pros

Stable relationship with it's largest customer. The premium cooking oil solution in the quick serve market. Solid delivery coverage model in the lower 48. Great finanical and sales leadership. Core competency is engineering and good financial understanding of it's delivery model.

Cons

Extreme volatility in Human Resources, Information Technology and Operations management. Really only one viable restaurant technology, Product management struggles to expand or enhance it's portfolio.
