Runs lean, so the ebb and flow can vary. Busy time are fun and challenging, slow times are opportunities to learn about new arenas.

Small company where you actually interact with Senior Management outside of quarterly (or sometimes annual) company updates. In a number of companies Senior Management hides on the top floor and you never hold conversations with them. Excellent employee engagement through feedback meetings as well as Wellness programs.

Cons

Limited opportunities to advance within the company.
