The company is committed to the steady growth of the company. They have provided a clear training plan that will help you succeed. Everyone at the company has been extremely helpful.

Cons

There will be a little bit of travel for your first 12 weeks outside of your market for training.

Pros

Restaurant Technologies has a strong culture of integrity and a fantastic industry reputation. I have several friends who worked for RTI and they highly recommended the company to me. They were not wrong. The pay is above average in the industry and the on-boarding process has been very smooth. They certainly invest in their people. I met three leaders who left the company for various reasons and have now rejoined which is a great sign!

Cons

If you are in a national account sales role there is quite a bit of travel but I like that. If you don't like travel look at other roles within RTI which don't require as much travel.

Great group of people, down to earth environment, results oriented, focus on leadership development, innovative, lots of volunteerism opportunities, growing, opportunities for advancement, very transparent in terms of how we are doing as a company, approachable executive and management team.

Cons

If you don't enjoy a rapidly growing and changing environment that is focused on constantly improving and innovating, this isn't the place for you.
