Pros

best teamwork I've ever seen for floor staff. Always willing to help when needed, and, more often than not, offering to help when seeing others are struggling. Most of the admin team is awesome, but there are two people that make life pretty difficult

Cons

-low pay -short on staff -little upward mobility -too focused on minimizing OT when the focus should be on patient care
