Pros

Work from home You can meet nice people

Cons

NO place for growth there Everybody is demotivated due to the high volume of calls per day Not a good Bonus system, I had months where I have performed exceptionally, though I will get a good amount of money, but at the end it feels like your work is not acknowledged at all. Even people on higher positions in the company have told me that they don't want to stay for a long time there. To be honest I would never recommend to anybody working there, and Im not hating, its just everybody's opinion by the looks of it.
