There are no pros to working at this job.

the job does not provide you with proper training. they throw you on the phones and just want you to do the job, they constantly violate hipaa. they use people's real medicare information to train meaning we are seeing medicare numbers, date of birth, addresses, if they been incarcerated a long with a ton of other personal information. There is no set pay schedule, they will not answer questions about commission. there is no one in HR to contact. there is one IT guy. then they have known glitches with the equipment but refuses to compensate you for being without a computer while you wait on them to send a new one, which can take a week. Each "supervisor" will tell you something different. they also tell you to lie about completing trainings.
