Company provides equipment Decent pay No one rides you Company pays for non resident licenses

Cons

The training was the worst. Most of the time spent in training was waiting on credentials. We would sit in a microsoft teams room with 20-30 other employees. We might go over a PowerPoint presentation but never really did any actual training. 2.5 weeks in a teams room, then the grad school where inthought they would train us on the phone system. No, once your name checked all the trainers boxes it's thrown to phone lines. Even if you have never done this kind of work.
