Pros

Daily pay options and the coworkers were great!

Cons

The psy, training not long enough, they micromanage bad, they don’t tell you how you get sent home all the time because there’s no calls.

Paid Training, and they provide equipment

Poor Training, stated that there was graduate school, but there was not. We were given 4 weeks of training and thrown on the phone without meeting our supervisors or getting all of our questions answered. They underpredicted the call volume, so now they are slammed with calls due to changes in plan availability in the states they cover, so we are mandated to work an extra 10 hours of OT. Nobody wants to sign up for OT because we cannot get enough help when we have a problem, and there are so many technical issues.
