Highest offer is 20k package if you are 3-5 yrs BPO exp, 18k package if 1-2 yrs BPO exp. No exp 13-15k package. As of my experienced they offered me the affinion account inbound sales 18k plus 4k premium? they said my package was 22k but the recruitment people did not discussed upon j.o that the 4k premium is performance base, if you have absent or late you can not get the 4k so technically my salary was only 18k package. and the Affinion acct is kinda easy but there's a lot of parameters coz its pure verbatim, a lot of trainee failed the certification and nesting that only last for only 5 days so you need o meet your target before 5 days , if you failed its end of contact they will not going to endorsed you to other campaigns so rather choose other campaigns and as of now Results is over staffing.
