Growing. Not bringing on great clients, rates or work type.

Cons

Management, workload, industry, opportunities, training, CEO and especially the COO. He is a crooni troll.

Pros

There's a little bit of advancement opportunity but not sure if you really want to be promoted.

Cons

They're liars. They lie and coerce the harder working individuals into positions they don't want. Some agents that were in a higher position wanted to apply for a higher paying position and they were not allowed but everyone else that didn't work as hard as them were able to get a higher paying position. The customers are extremely rude, They applied me and others into a position that nobody wanted. The schedule is extremely strict. Management is constantly looking for ways to find faults. I had one small mistake and was suspended. There is a big disconnect with us and the client, sometimes we know how to do their job better.

You can get overtime if you really want it

Cons

Employees treated poorly, benefits dont exist, if you go over a break five minutes you are not paid for the entire break.
