Pros
I am allowed to work with great customers that appreciate what our company has to offer. Have seen over the last several years here most employees achieve advancement by working hard and providing a value. Those who do not provide any value and consistently complain are typically not around for long.
Cons
Very specialized field, lots of learning and on job training.
