Work/Life Balance is great. Single full time dad is able to work and take care of his family at this job. Need a little time off and its no worries at all. Don't abuse it though. Might take a while to get where you want to be. Depends on your motivation for sure. No yearly or cost of living raises. Performance based raises every few years maybe.
