-Excellent dev teams, well organized and supported by management -Director of Software Development knows his stuff and regularly contributes to the codebase -Robust Kanban process with good cooperation from product owners -Welcoming company culture and team spirit

Cons

-Benefits provider Guardian is hard to work with and less responsive than I'd like
