After a year and a half with Retail Success, I can truly say this is a great place to work. Not only are the facilities state-of-the-art and beautiful, but the values of the company come through daily in the employees.

-Great senior management who take the time to invest in their employees. -Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is strongly encouraged. -Lots of opportunities to learn new skills that foster career advancement. -Supportive and inclusive development team. -Hybrid work schedule. -Nice, safe office space with lots of modern amenities. -Casual dress code. -Decent benefits. -Lots of potential for growth in the market. This is a fun place to work. Really grateful to be part of such an incredible team.

Cons

-Health insurance PPO could be better. It's rather expensive for what you get (especially the copayments).

Not sure where to start. They don't take the lives of the people they hire seriously. This isn't a company, its a clique. They brag about culture that only exists in their mind. I quit on the second day. This is where careers go to die...
