I am a current employee of Retail Success who absolutely loves my job. Seeing some reviews on here I just want to mention - that of course if you’re not meeting expectations, not taking advice and coaching from management, not doing your job to the best of your ability, and slacking off - that of course you’re going to have a negative experience at the end of the day. But I’ve worked for Retail Success just shy of 3 years and have loved every minute. Don’t let a few bad seeds deter you from working for this amazing company. The company is owned by two brothers who not only care about their employees but are excited to grow their company and reward those who have stayed loyal to them through that growing process. If you are hitting goals, exceeding goals, and doing your job 110% there are multiple areas and opportunities for growth, advancement, and development in your career. Which I have seen first hand from personal experience.
