This is a company with a very welcoming environment and the ability to work with talented people. The leadership helps to make work fun and is very supportive of the challenges in the retail software industry.

Pros

Overall, Retail Success is a pretty good place to work at. My time here so far has been pretty positive. The work is not too stressful but is meaningful. The people are very caring and fun to be around. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. The team I work with is small, but helpful. I enjoy that because even with the size of the company, I still feel like I affect other departments/teams within the company. It’s a good feeling to have, if that’s something you care about. This could be a good workplace to stay at a while for some.

Cons

There aren’t many cons to retail success at all. Everyone is very caring and works as a team. Since I haven’t been here too long yet, it’s hard to gauge what cons there could be. So far though, there’s not much complaint from me. Other than pay possibly being a little low, but is expected with the size of the company. The experiences gained here are very useful and will help develop your career. However, I will say, disciplinary action should be more warned of before heavy actions are taken. This is a personal experience I wish was slightly improved upon. Overall, it’s been very positive otherwise.

Ever since I started here I have had a great time learning and everybody is so helpful. The events they do every month are a great way to connect with your coworkers! Looking forward to my time here.
