      Pros

      Overall, Retail Success is a pretty good place to work at. My time here so far has been pretty positive. The work is not too stressful but is meaningful. The people are very caring and fun to be around. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. The team I work with is small, but helpful. I enjoy that because even with the size of the company, I still feel like I affect other departments/teams within the company. It’s a good feeling to have, if that’s something you care about. This could be a good workplace to stay at a while for some.

      Cons

      There aren’t many cons to retail success at all. Everyone is very caring and works as a team. Since I haven’t been here too long yet, it’s hard to gauge what cons there could be. So far though, there’s not much complaint from me. Other than pay possibly being a little low, but is expected with the size of the company. The experiences gained here are very useful and will help develop your career. However, I will say, disciplinary action should be more warned of before heavy actions are taken. This is a personal experience I wish was slightly improved upon. Overall, it’s been very positive otherwise.

      Pros

      Everyone at Retail Success has been supportive and welcoming ever since I started my position. They're always kind and open to answering any questions I have. They support my well-being and provide opportunities for me to grow. My work/life balance has never been better, and I love working alongside the people that make up Retail Success.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge I faced was the learning curve that comes with entering a new position and learning how the team and company operates. Those things take time and are expected when working somewhere new.

      Could be better but overall a nice place to start

      Pros

      The building is gorgeous and the coworkers are friendly. I always felt like it was clear where I needed to go in order to get good answers to do my job well. The PTO was generous.

      Cons

      Management will break before they bend, don't expect your ideas to be heard if they conflict with your constantly shifting leadership. Every person carries the responsibility of two jobs. If there is a shortcut that can be taken, this company will always take it. Promotions are infrequent, especially if you are doing a job that cannot be easily replaced.
