Pros

Medical experience is a plus if you are transitioning to higher education

Cons

Not much vacation time. They will tale your pto without your choice. They have an unscheduled absence policy that sucks. Pay sucks too

Pros

The only pro is it provides a paycheck.

Cons

Culture is terrible. Employees are just numbers. Turnover is very high. Pay is not competitive. CEO and CFO are not friendly and not involved with the people side of the business. Not all sites are equal, you can get away with a lot at some sites and others you will get fired. Favoritism and Nepotism are frequent occurrences. Policies can be bent for certain favorites. People are not valued or appreciated.
