      Pros

      Strong executive team, with a solid vision for the company. "Create great work-from-home jobs, powered by AI" Staff is generally smart, hardworking people, that are a pleasure to engage with. We're creating something together that feels meaningful.

      Cons

      It's a young company, and many here are hired from college or the Rev freelance community. Because of that, many don't have relevant work experiences from previous jobs to better inform their decisions.

      Pros * there are some very smart people at this company

      Cons

      * Straight-up bad management. culture is toxic and fear-driven, very few managers with real management experience. if you're considering applying, please due diligence the heck out of your team, manager, and skip manager (if there is one) * Unfortunately, there's no management training or oversight, meaning that bad managers are given free reign to do as they wish without feedback or oversight (no skip managers) * no merit cycles * culture is elitist (full of ex-consultants and with elite degrees) * Lack of diversity * Example: Top leaders showed no empathy toward BLM issues until the employees appealed for a response
