Pros

Team is small and very close-knit, great collaboration and teammates are always willing to help one another. Set hours, but requesting time off is flexible.

Cons

I felt like I was treated unfairly in comparison to other team members, and double standards existed with senior team members versus new team members. Sometimes the amount of work coming in is unmanageable and team leads have unreasonable expectations.

Rev supports employees that work autonomously with a lot of flexibility. The team culture is great across all tenures. My coworkers are humble, smart, and hard-working.

Cons

Every week can be different. That is the good and bad of working at a mid-sized startup. If you thrive in the unknown then you will find a lot of interesting work.

- Engineering-oriented - Never had a manager from outside, company usually promotes from within - Good mentoring structure - Can work remotely - No micro-management. Trust-based.

Cons

Minor bottlenecks due to company growth, but management seems to be taking the correct steps to improve.
