      Pros

      - Good, smart people working here - Transparent leadership that encourages questions and asks for our input - Very culture-conscious/wants to make sure that employees are happy - Really awesome product!

      Cons

      Being a start-up, you have to be very adaptable to change. There's a steeper learning curve than you'd get a bigger company. No 401k match.

      Pros

      I was on the hunt for a new job when I came across Rev and it has been an amazing experience working for them. It is amazing how flexible you can be with your work, it's truly all up to you how much or how little you would like to do each day. I've also learned so much from each and every project, as the topics range anywhere from business to entertainment and everything in between.

      Cons

      I don't have any bad things to say.
