Pros

Rev has come a long way in how each department interacts with one another. They're no longer separate like they once were and everyone comes together to focus on a singular goal before moving to the next. This is one of my favorite aspects of the company.

Cons

As with any start-up, there are always changes occurring. This isn't a con, per say, but you do need to be able to handle change well and be willing to accept that just because something is working today, doesn't mean that it won't need to be changed tomorrow.

Pros

The ability to work a real job from home and not miss out on all of the firsts with my family. It also provides a dynamic work environment that does not get old and embraces new technology. It is always interesting, and the team and management is the best I have worked for. Having such a great work-life balance means I am happy to be working for the company and I think you can tell when someone loves their job.

Cons

There are no cons for me at least. This is the most rewarding job I have had.

• Jason, our CEO is very transparent with what's going on in the company. • Employees are rewarded and promoted for their effort/accomplishments rather than how long they've been with the company. • I'm trusted to do my job. No micro-managing from my boss. • Great pay, $100 uber/commuter credit every month, free food and drinks in the kitchen, catered lunches every Friday, fun offsite events • Very good work/life balance. Can work from home as needed. No strict office hours. Unlimited PTO.
