      Pros

      Rev's culture is open, friendly and supportive of innovation. It's a highly effective team with excellent leadership working on a suite of well-focused problems in the domain of labor marketplaces. Rev is very well set up to support remote work and management is relaxed and flexible in sensible ways, making for a really great working environment.

      Cons

      The calibre of engineering talent is high - substantively higher than industry average - but if you're looking to be working with the top 1%, this isn't the place.

      Pros

      At Rev, you are truly building something that will change the way people work. There are tangible results, amazing success rates, and we see our company goals exceeded. You know what you are doing truly matters. In addition to the mission being something I believe in, the company as a whole offers so much autonomy to their employees. We only hire the best and you see everyone around you giving it 110% and working on projects they love. I like not being told that you must work from 8-5 and if you leave the office at 4:50 you will get reprimanded. That culture makes you work harder and when you are most productive. -Mission -Autonomy -Culture -Long term vision -Amazing coworkers

      This is still a start up so there is a certain level of flexibility needed

      Pros

      The salary and the hours were ok. Managers gave good instructions. Just went in and work then left. That way everything was good.

      Cons

      Staff are unfriendly and the environment is a bit cold. As i said worked and left. Not every employee is like this but the majority are. Kinda makes it hard to work if your
