Pros

Both positions were work-from-home. Support Rep - Great pay! Awesome people. Outstanding business model. Even though I don't work there anymore, the company itself is great to be a part of. Transcriptionist- The transcription part is good. They pay every week thru Paypal and never missed. Pay is per-audio-minute, which is good if you're a fast transcriptionist.

Cons

One person's ego is the reason I am no longer employed there as a support rep, because she could not understand why I did something the way I did it, even though it was for the customer's benefit, but that's in the past and I'm over it. The transcription testing is not hard, but their screening process to hire folks could be a bit faster. Other than that, not really anything negative to say.

Pros

* Good Teamwork Dynamic, independent teams set goals and pursue how to achieve them with minimal upper management * Small team with great communication. CEO is accessible and often participates in planning meetings. * Company culture is customer-centric. Focused on improving the product for clients and freelancers alike * Flexible work hours. Weekly sprints define work to be done, but I can finish at the most convenient time of day for me * Great salary

Cons

* It's expensive to live in the Bay Area. Working remotely for now (would be nice to actually go to the office more often)
