- Extremely low pay.
- Extermely poor audio quality files and unrealistic expectations placed on transcriber.
- This is not a work whenever you want situation. You work when there are jobs in the queue, which means you pretty much can only find work close to regular business hours (usually roughly 10am-7pm)
- Completed projects are given grades on a scale of 1 to 5. If you get too many 4 or below grades you no longer have access to the higher paying jobs which are already way too low to begin with. There are no clear guidelines and standards for grading. (You will be penalized for doing things one way and when you adapt and conform you will be penalized and told the first way you did it was the correct way)
- Help information is outdated and there are tools available that are no longer in use and you will be penalized if you use them.
- The help forums are full of nasty, toxic people who troll and don't contribute to a productive conversation and instead will get personal, bully and harrass you. There is no option to block these people and if you flag their harrassment you will be banned from the forums for 14 days. This means you will not be able to get help from the people in the forums who actually are kind and helpful.
