      Pros

      Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and supportive during the onboarding process. There's some really cool exclusive projects to work on and they're growing fast. Oh and it's fully remote 💪🏻

      Cons

      Growing fast, some process gaps, benefits are on the weak side but they did mention they're looking into other providers 👀

      Pros

      Flexible as long as you are getting your work completed. New challenges daily, I also get to work outside the scope of my role at times which I find exciting and a new opportunity to learn!

      Cons

      It's a smaller company so of course you don't get some of the big company benefits but the fun part is being here for the growth and being part of the growth and success.

      Pros

      It's a small business that is growing so it's fun to be a part of that growth. You get to work with different clients and work with different technologies which makes it interesting! You really get to own your work and your input and what you do makes a huge difference. I feel like my work matters.

      Cons

      It's a small business so you may not get some of the perks of a larger company but there is health insurance, etc. The work is fully remote so that is a huge benefit these days as well.
