uff It is difficult to explain how this company works. First of all, they tell you from the first minute that the company is in financial trouble. All clients are vital to its continued existence. This turns into overtime from day one, and it wouldn't be a problem since they pay by the hour. The problem is that the manager does everything possible to not use these hours. It turns out that meeting hours are not counted, only daily hours, but this is necessary to understand big problems. It is the company with the highest turnover I have been in in 7 years. Employees who only last 2 weeks because they didn't like something. Different salaries between employees. Latinos are highly replaceable, for that reason they change them regardless. The most frustrating thing is when you work overtime in a week and they don't even pay you the 40 legal hours. I really want to say good things, but it is very complicated for me. On the other hand, it seems that the CEO in the USA became envious of the CEO in Colombia and fired him. After that, he eliminated half of the company on a whim and put those who remained in charge of meeting the goals of those who left. And guess what, the meetings are not paid for!
