If you have no experience in tech prior to looking into the company, they offer an online pretraining program to give some generalized background on programming. Having completed the 13 weeks training I now feel more than capable of tackling anything that would be asked of me onsite. The best skill to have is an ability to teach yourself something quickly and this program definitely gives you that capability.
