      You have an opportunity to take your skills to another level while getting trained and getting paid.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy sometimes, and you will not have much time outside of work. But if you are willing to get through it and commit yourself to learn and complete all your projects, assignments and tests. You can set yourself up for success by preparing interviews and get hired.

      Pros

      * Paid training * Instructor willing to help and make sure we understand what we are doing. * QC training helps us prepare for future interviews. * Learn multiple technologies. The training takes 3 -4 months but it helped me a lot in learning the standards of programming.

      Cons

      As an entry-level developer this training doesn't really have any cons. it was a good learning experience.

      - Low pay for training - Can be easily terminated if not grasping material fast enough - Very fast paced learning - Not an easy subject for all
