Pros

When you are struggling to find entry level opportunity for over several months, Revature is a perfect place to learn or review a new software technology including Java and JavaScript. Furthermore, they also teach you interview tips so that you will be prepared for the interview with clients a week before the end of training. They encourage you to understand not only how to create application, but also to understand technical terminologies behind the technology. Revature thought me a lots of things where a boot camp did not teach. Finally, the training is remote and you don't have to worry about moving.

Cons

Revature's training program is not easy and communicating with your classmate often is highly recommended. If you don't communicate with classmates, you may have a hard time catching up materials. Furthermore, everyone needs to show up for training session at same hour online at 10am EST, no matter which region you live: Central or Pacific. In other words, you need to adjust to new time zone.

Pros

-You will learn tons of technologies that you won't learn easily anywhere -It is a great opportunity to kick start your career, specially every other entry position require you to have 2+ years of experience -Getting paid while you learning it's a great way to keep you focused in learning only.

Cons

-You have to prepare yourself for very intense training in only 10 weeks. It's very stressful specially if you have no background. -If selected, the paying isn't good specially nowadays everything is getting expensive
