      Pros

      If you are career switching, lack professional experience, or just have a bit of trouble getting a job with the current job market, this is a good choice. You get paid training in a full tech stack and they set up the interviews.

      Cons

      If you can get a job yourself, you might as well do that. Also not for people who are unsure or faint of heart, training does have a fast pace and can be quite stressful and intense.

      -Incredible opportunity to get your foot in the door for software development +Fast paced training ++Remote training (huge plus) ++Rigorous program +Covered in cons, the speed/depth of the program is a double edged sword

      Cons

      -Barring being a genius/having some CS experience, you're gonna spend a lot of time out of work hours to keep up. At least I did, and this extra time is not compensated. Granted, it's also a training investment. --Compensation for trainees is location-dependent and if your state's minimum wage isn't livable, prepare to sink some funds.
