      Good training, Awful COVID Support

      Pros

      Training program is good and the system was fine until covid started.

      Cons

      When COVID started, they put us on furlough with absolutely no support.

      Intense but Worth It

      Pros

      - The trainers really want you to succeed and will help you along the way. - Training is extremely effective and you will learn a lot in a very short time. - It’s a very inclusive workplace where preferred names and pronouns are used.

      Cons

      - Pay is low when you’re in training. I and many others in my batch stayed with family during it and you’ll probably have to do the same. - Training is very intense, it’s often described as “drinking from a fire hose” by staff and they aren’t wrong.

      Job skills; paid training; get to travel, which is great if you are single; they paid for insurance during furlough;

      They prepare you to work 70+ hours per week. I'm guessing it's the promise they are making to clients, but they don't tell you that
