Cons
Everything, The company is shambolically run. I worked for them for 5 years and in that time I learned over and over they really do not care about their employees or contractors. They cancelled my health insurance without informing me. Then illegally demanded I backpay the months I was not insured to reinstate it, I had to refuse and make it clear that I would take legal action before they reinstated it. They demanded I work unpaid overtime multiple times. The pay is laughably low, even compared to other companies with the same business model. Finally, on the last day of a 3 year contract I was working for a large bank, they laid me off with literally 4 hours notice. They do not give a $#!t about their employees. They do not care about you. They will screw you over without a second thought if it makes them a dollar.
