      Good Start, Meh Contract

      Pros

      - Kick the no experience zone in its face - Excellent training (Java, Spring, SQL, Angular, Hibernate, etc) - Godsend HR department (seriously, they're great)

      Cons

      - I got put into a position where I wasn't doing any programming at all, and that really sucked. They kinda made up for it they helped me get a pretty cool client - Pay sucks, but I'm kinda treating this as a 2 year paid internship... - Did I mention the contract? It's 2 years. - Being in staging is godawful, avoid it if you can ~ like work with your current client and take your interviews from your home instead of being stuck in corporate housing with less pay (haven't personally experienced this, I heard about it)

The two-year contract enables us to invest in our employees by providing paid training, subsidized housing, and relocation assistance.
