Pros

The way the HTD (Hire, Train, Deploy) model works is excellent for both the employee and the employer. The way they take care of employees after onboarding and training them with current market technologies and providing them certifications is a very great thing to look at. The amount of hard work done by the employees will be rewarded through R&R (Rewards and Recognition) every month. I will definitely say it's a place that provides many with their first job experience, and I am glad to be part of this.

Cons

I would say when we get trained for clients to be deployed, sometimes we will get very little time to finish our training syllabus and to do our projects due to early interview schedule dates from clients. That may be a little worried, the rest all looks great to me.
