- Can give junior developers XP, but make sure to tell them that so they don't put you in manual testing position - Paid Remote Training

Cons

Low pay first year of the contract 45k, but they give you paid training.

I completed remote training and gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience, with the highlight being the opportunity to collaborate effectively within a team, which significantly enhanced my learning and development.

Cons

The client company is a little bit chaotic, and I had to wait too long for my interview. But it all worked out,

Pros

it gets you a job only if you work hard in the training.

Cons

-There will be many students to compete with you. -very low salary , like 3 LPA -not friendly work environment -abusing freshers and providing them extra work. -managers are worst of all
