      "Think of it as a Masters program"

      Pros

      Can back out for about 10 days after training begins(very flexible, our batch had holidays and they moved the "sign-on" date back to compensate). Very good industry training involving a project involving everyone in the batch. (Might vary by trainer. Our batch's trainer was great). Apparently they do provide housing with a reasonable paycheck deduction.

      Cons

      Pay during training very very low. After training you are paid less than industry standard. You are not told what you will be trained for until the day you arrive on site. You also have very little power over what you will be trained on.

      Pros

      The training was useful and had a lot of new technologies that we were trained on. We received a lot of inputs from trainers and staff to help during the training and prepare for the interviews with clients.

      I cannot think of anything at this moment.

      Good deal for industry novices

      Pros

      - Housing is arranged (but paid for by $110/wk of your check) - They arrange interviews at the end - You get expert knowledge without paying up front

      Cons

      - You have to sign a contract that means you won't be able to tell anyone what's in the contract - You need to work for 2 years on the contract and can't work where you want. - You have to live with 5 other people in one apartment, but it's a fairly nice, modern apartment
