Pros

if you like peanuts as pay join them. 2 year contract and low level of pay. If you like to get paid minimum wage during training better work at a fast food joint. Exploitation of desperate candidates searching for jobs.

Cons

Training is sub par and if you stick around for the whole 2 years you would have wasted that time and money of your life. Most clients of theirs are startups and you dont have a choice in choosing a client and have to say yes to any opportunity anywhere in US of A or you pay a huge penalty . Got scammed by their robocalls. Dont believe their hype and the minimum wage which they offer as they take more than 10 times when you are bound in a contract for 2 years with them and they keep taking money and you do all the hard work. My advice to anyone thinking of joining them is to better take a boot camp and pay $15-20 k or do any other training rather than get locked at a low paying job for 2 years. Employment at will is not at will if there is a huge penalty involved which a person cant pay.
