Business Outlook
Pros
They provide training on latest technologies. We get opportunity to work on sample projects during the initial training. They have excellent trainers who are supportive in all the ways. I am grateful to the management for the service they offer. The compensation is good to start as a developer in my career.
Cons
Some time finding difficult to allocate time on our personal work during training period, but it is good to spend more time at work to get trained.
