Pros

The training was very thorough and the trainer I had was very accessible and easy to approach with questions. The training course was very difficult, definitely one of the more difficult things I have gone through in life, but you really do learn a lot and prepares you for the projects you have to do and interviews you take. The pace is blistering. You will spend upwards of 10-30 hours a week studying/working on projects outside of regular hours in order to succeed. If you are like me and you have no coding experience before hand and go through the SPARK program before getting hired as an associate, take that extremely seriously, you will need any base you can get. The work is difficult, but definitely manageable.

Cons

This will be your life for 10-12 weeks while you train, but you come out with strong skills and the ability to push hard to finish projects.
