Pros

Very structured Decent training opportunities

Cons

The contract you have to sign for this company is egregious, and they will often dance around the truth of what it will entail, then try to rush you into signing it. If you do, you will be entirely under their thumb for a few years. If you can manage that, and you get hired out by a company through them, things may work out for you.

Pros

It helps you get your foot in the door in tech and can be a good first step to a long and fulfilling career in tech. Trainers were very helpful and nice. Co-workers are great! (The co-workers and trainers pro obviously can vary). Paid-training.

Cons

Low pay during training. If you get unfavorable tech stack or contract company it can sour your experience (Not my experience, I was fortunate enough to have the tech stack I desired and a fortune 500 contract company, but it is random). Mandatory relocation.
