Pros
They pay you (near minimum wage) for what is essentially a coding boot-camp.
Cons
Time is very limited to complete tasks. Numerous tests. Extremely stressful. Trainer treats minor hardships as "red flags" to terminate you. Be prepared for dependencies not to function as they should and not to be offered any substantive assistance with it. Not being paid for "vacations" means not being paid for neither holidays nor vacations, which is what happens to you if you are separated before you completed training.
