Small enough (for now) to help shape the company and product, but with a product that is far ahead enough of the competitors that high growth is practically guaranteed.

Cons

Leadership pushing for adherence to unrealistic timelines. Management doesn't seem to be able to differentiate between excellent and sub-par employees. The inferior employees are likely under paid and the cream of the crop haven't always compensated sufficiently to keep them around.
