      Cons

      Moving work offshore but senior leadership is not being honest about the long-term intent. They downplay the offshore work and just slowly transition more clients. Those in salary roles do not have a good home/work balance. Focus is on using more AI so they can further reduce workforce.

      Pros

      Started in January and I like it so far! Everyone is respectful and willing to help when needed. I love how this company recognizes good employees and keeps us all in the loop as far as performance and target goals.

      Cons

      Lots of work but nothing unmanageable.
