Difficult to grow, Low Pay, not value talents

Pros

You can grow yourself in such small company since you will have to wear many hats. Good PTO time, dental and health insurance

Cons

Lower than industry average pay. no communication from the senior management. hard to meet the numbers in the last 3 years. high customer churn ratio.
