4yThank you for sharing your experience. Always disappointing to hear when a team member feels dissatisfied. We offer merit increases annually, and that process is coming up soon. I would also encourage you to talk to your Manager or someone on the People team about career development and opportunities. We have a career resource group that's been established to provide support to empower employees in the progression of their careers, making Flexera and Revenera a passionate place to work. Working with that team could also be another resource.
