Pros

If you can with stand the disorder there will be opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Revention does a really good job at putting on a good face but in reality policies, procedures, and upper management attitude change with the wind. Policies are not available for employees to review. I believe this is the case because there is no real consistency with them. Perks are offered but come at a big price!

Thank you for submitting this review. All Revention employees receive an employee company guide upon first day of employment. Additional copies are available through Human Resources. Each department also has specific operational guides that cover all processes and FAQs on your specific position at Revention. These operational guides are always available to download at any time. Your comments will be reviewed by Revention’s management team and will always be factored into future change. Please note that Revention is fast growing company that strives on process development, so change must be accepted as it is natural to our growing organization. Revention is currently building a new headquarters/facility, adding new departments, new regional offices, and expanding personnel; this will all bring great change throughout the company. These changes will also bring great opportunities. Being a part of many changing organizations, I would recommend reading the book “Who moved my Cheese”. It’s a great book.

Pros

ReventionPOS Solutions offers a unique training experience. The company has prided itself on raising the standard of excellence and perfection. The Sales Managers spent a good part of their day training and developing every staff member to be successful. The company knows, and set a realistic expectation for every sales executive. The training is extensive, and every veteran Executive is always friendly and open to offer their expertise and advice. I love the environment, there aren't many employers who would create a small arcade in their office to help the employees get themselves refocused and productive.

Cons

The only con with Revention has to do with the company size and market share. We still small, but growing rapidly. In the future, Revention will become a major player in Point-Of-Sale Operations, and the future employees will have a easier time providing a reliable, self sufficient, point of sale system that with its name alone will be able to scare our competitors every move.
